Recipe for Veg Biryani:
Boil 200g Basmati Rice in a 3tsp oil, fry 2 big chopped Onion till golden brown, 1 1/2 tsp.Ginger-Garlic paste,1/2 tsp.Red Chilli powder.1/4 Turmeric powder and 1 cup Tomato Puree. Cook for 3-4 mins, add 2 tsp ALAKH Biryani/Pulav Masala, add 1 1/2 cream, add cooked and roasted vegetables like Carrot, Cauliflower, Green Peas, add salt as required. In a bowl alternatively spread and mix rice and vegetables with 1 1/2tsp.Ghee. cover the bowl, heat on a low flame for 12-15 mins. Your Biryani/Pulav is ready.
Recipe for Punjabi Chhole
Soak 200g large White Gram overnight, cook and keep aside. Fry 2 chopped onions in 2tsps of oil till becomes golden brown. Add 1 tsp ALAKH Chhole Masala, 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Coriander powder and fry for 2-3 mins on a low flame. Add 1 big chopped Tomato, 3 slit Green Chillies, 1 small piece of Ginger and salt as per taste. Add boiled large White Gram and cook for 4-5 mins. Serve with Bread or Bhatura.
Recipe for Chicken Masala
Marinate 750 gms of cleaned chicken pieces with 1 tsp of Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Ginger paste, 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, 3 tsp curd, salt and keep for 1 hour. Fry till crisp, add 4 chopped onions in 4 tsp oil. Add 2 chopped green chillies, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Turmeric Powder and 3 tsp of ALAKH Chicken Masala. Fry for 1 min, add marinated chicken and 4 chopped tomatoes. Cook for 10 mins.
Recipe for Fish Masala in Coconut Milk.
Heat 50ml Oil in a pan. Add 1/2 tsp tsp Mustard Seeds. Add 6-7 fresh Curry Leaves, 2-3 Red Chillies, 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste, stir fry for 2 mins. Add 100gm chopped onions. Add 3 tbsp ALAKH Fish Masala and stir. Add salt as per taste and pour 500ml Coconut Milk. Boil for 5-6 mins. Add 6-7 Fish Fillets on a low flame for 2-3 mins.
Recipe for Mutton Masala
500g clean meat pieces, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, two chopped onions. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil, add two chopped onions till becomes golden brown. Add two tablespoons of ALAKH Mutton Masala, add meat pieces, stir well, add one cup of churned curd and ginger garlic paste and cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes. Your meat is ready to be served.
Receipe for Pav Bhaji
Boil the vegetables, fry chopped onion in butter in frying pan and add garlic paste. Add 50g of ALAKH Pav Bhaji Masala and mix well. Add chopped boiled vegetables and crush it to make paste. Add ALAKH Red Chill Powder to make spicy if desired. Add butter as required and sprinkle Coriander Leaves and Lemon juice.
Recipe for Pickle Masala
Apply ALAKH Turmeric Powder and salt to raw Mango pieces, leave it as it is for a day; throw away salty water. Spread pieces on a cloth (not in sunlight). Mix ALAKH Pickle Masala with dried Mango pieces and fill it in a clean dry glass jar. Boil ground nut oil and when it is cooled, pour into the jar and see that oil level is half an inch above the pickle.
Receipe for Sambar Masala
Boil Tur Dal and small amount of Gram Pulse, Boil Onion Pieces ,Potatoes, Brinjal, Pumpkins and Drum Sticks.
Put some Oil in a pan and fry Dry Red Chillies, Curry Leaves, Mustard, Cumin Seeds and then add boiled pieces of Onions, Potatoes, Brinjal, Pumpkins, Drum Sticks and mix boiled Pulse. Add salt ALAKH Turmeric Powder, ALAKH Chilli Powder and ALAKH Sambar Masala and cook for a few minutes. Tasty and delicious sambar is ready to serve.
Recipe for Indian Tea
Most commonly used to add a spicy warm flavour to tea or milk. To get the best flavour, add 1/4 tsp of ALAKH Tea Masala to 2 cups of tea after first boil. Allow to boil further. Your masala chai is ready!
